3. Vehicle Sales
All vehicles displayed on our Website or premises are subject to availability.
Vehicle descriptions, specifications, and prices are provided in good faith based on information from manufacturers and suppliers.

A vehicle order becomes binding only once a Sales Agreement has been signed and a deposit or full payment has been received.

6. Warranty
All new vehicles are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the terms and conditions of that manufacturer.
Servicing and repairs carried out by Prime Auto may also include a limited service warranty, which covers the specific work performed.
Warranty claims are valid only if the vehicle has been properly maintained and used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Once a vehicle order has been confirmed, cancellations are subject to the terms of the Sales Agreement.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with Gibraltar and UK consumer protection laws.
Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled before the scheduled time.
8. Liability
We take all reasonable care when handling vehicles; however, Prime Auto Limited shall not be liable for:
- Damage or loss caused by external factors (e.g. vandalism, fire, theft, or adverse weather).
- Indirect or consequential losses resulting from vehicle delays, repairs, or unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraud.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during booking, servicing, or purchase is accurate.
Vehicles must be collected promptly after completion of service unless otherwise arranged.
Storage fees may apply for vehicles left on our premises beyond the agreed collection date.
